FlyLoganair are being a bit crappy, intentionally dragging their heels. I will be in a better position if they go under, so that's what I am crossing my fingers for happening. Sorry LoganAir, that's the position YOU put me in..

Why is the article image of TUI, when the article itself doesn't mention them once? Isn't this very misleading? Poor journalism.

neilsonholidays initially promised a refund then changed their minds, issued RCN despite request for a refund and refusing to consider a refund until end sept. their PE backers have £350m cash in the bank & they are using customers £ for loans. Scandalous RefundPassengers

neilsonholidays are being very slow to refund me. This is a company I have trusted until now and booked with many times. Withholding refunds will lose them customers and money in the long run.

We booked with opodo, we cant get through on the phone, emails ignored, tweets ignored. The airline has confirmed that the refund was made by them but Opodo still holding it. Quick Twitter search on Opodo will show how many people are in the same boat.

Should only refund if actual flights cancelled rather than trips. No need to push everyone into unnecessary bankruptcy.

British_Airways have come up with nothing but excuses and won’t pay for cancelling my flight. Absolute disgrace. I have had to file fraud charges.

The salary of employees at stake and they want to rise out of the coronacrisis everyone is sufferring from. They could be shut down if the numbers would be raising...

I've now been waiting 4 weeks for my refund from TUIUK , I wasn't aware of the 14 day requirement which they have clearly breached. It's impossible to get through on the phone and my tweet has been ignored. I'm owed over £3000, it's not acceptable.

Most of them are finished in any case. Hard to see the era of mass travel being rebooted

Have to wait,90 days for a refund from VirginAtlantic , I know they are busy etc.. but 90 days 😡.first I was told a few, then 14 days and now at 90... and that was a month ago.. WhichMoney ... This is £ that I now need and I'm sure others do as well...

And they’re probably doing the right thing. If they’re forced into liquidation most people won’t be getting anything.

Give them one chance in writing and then send a county court notice staight to the CEO at his home address ( available at companies house free).

Some 30 days after spending 90 minutes on hold to a call centre- I’m still waiting for my British_Airways refund. I could only get a credit note online.
