A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked the state of Georgia’s hardline 2019 six-week abortionUS district judge Steve Jones ruled against the state in a lawsuit filed by abortion providers and an advocacy group. Jones had temporarily blocked the law in October, and it never went into effect. The new ruling permanently enjoins the state from ever enforcing House Bill 481.“We will appeal the court’s decision,” Kemp said in a statement.

Regardless what side you're on, legislation will never stop abortion. Abortion has been occurring forever & will continue forever for various reasons. Legalization doesn't encourage. Banning puts woman at risk. No one will ever ALL agree on this. Gov't should get out of undies

I'm sure a woman never chooses abortion because it's fun. I wish our judicial system could recognize that. A woman needs support to keep the baby not judgment and criticism.
