Russian psychologists identified around 100,000 military personnel suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder last year, the UK's Ministry of Defence says. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin will visit Kyrgyzstan tomorrow, the presidential office of the country reports.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Brussels for NATO meetings with alliance defence ministers to seek more military support.While in the country, the Ukrainian leader will meet with NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg and US defence secretary Lloyd Austin.

NATO allies and partner countries will be waiting to hear precisely what kinds of military equipment Kyiv needs.Following that meeting, the 31 allies and Ukraine will take part in the first NATO-Ukraine Council.The forum was formally established in July as part of efforts to bring Kyiv closer to the alliance.
