The Met Office has warned that strong winds hitting the UK tomorrow could be fatal for Brits who get caught in it. A yellow weather warning for wind has been issued for western areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and Wales, and the north-west and south-west of England. The Met Office has warned of injuries and danger to life from 'large waves and beach material being thrown on to sea fronts, coastal roads and properties'.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for strong winds hitting the UK tomorrow. The warning covers western areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and Wales, and the north-west and south-west of England. The Met Office has warned of injuries and danger to life from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts , coastal roads , and properties.

A yellow wind warning will cover Northern Ireland and the whole west coast from Cornwall up to Scotland throughout tomorrow. Snow and winds are causing road and rail chaos, and Storm Kathleen with 70mph winds is approaching the UK
