FLOODING has wrecked havoc on the UK as the last of Hurricane Humberto dumped three-inches of rain in a matter of hours - with more forecasted for tomorrow.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain today for parts of England and Wales that will last 10pm. Met Office forecaster Luke Miall said 48mm of rain has been dumped on parts of Hampshire in six hours, while mid-Dorset suffered 36.4mm.
