What utter scumbags these criminals are, get them found and locked up, if someone had come out of their house and beat them to a pulp, you be having his name all over the paper 😡

How can they possibly tell if the car owner owns a blue badge or not, they don't leave them on show 24/7. Totally irresponsible, there could be disabled people stranded this morning!! 😡
