Counties have been given until 10 May to indicate if they accept a proposal from the England and Wales Cricket Board for the sale of teams in The Hundred., the ECB will sell a 49% stake in each of the eight teams and distribute the revenue to the domestic game. The remaining 51% will be given to the eight hosts of The Hundred teams, who will then have the option to sell some, all, or keep it.
Revenue raised from the sale of the ECB’s 49% stake in The Hundred teams would be distributed between the 18 first-class counties, the Marylebone Cricket Club and the recreational game. The eight hosts that would receive a 51% stake in their teams are Lord’s , The Oval , Southampton , Cardiff , Trent Bridge , Edgbaston , Old Trafford and Headingley .
If the hosts sell some or all of their stake, they will indicate as such to the ECB and the sale will be managed centrally, probably this autumn. There is no indication that The Hundred will expand from eight teams until at least the end of the current broadcast cycle in 2028.'It was a collision of two very dangerous people'Klopp likes the way Slot's Feyenoord play football
