A teenager has died following a brief police car chase.
Today flowers, balloons and messages have been left on fence at the scene in Spennymoor, County Durham. Another said: ‘Rest in paradise bro. You will be engraved in my heart I will miss you so so much and I will never forget you ever.’Police began to follow the vehicle around 2.30pm and it crashed soon afterwards on Central Drive.
