A Hyndburn company which was sold for just £1 earlier this year is reportedly considering relocating its Accrington sites and staff to Manchester.
According to documents submitted to Companies House by administrators at the time, the company fell into financial hot water months before going into administration. But around 1,500 jobs were saved when Ashley's Frasers Group, whose brands include House of Frasers, Sports Direct and Jack Wills, stepped in.A major union has now revealed that the company is considering proposals for a restructure and relocation of the business across both sites in Accrington.
