SteamWorld Heist is back Nintendo’s latest Indie World showcase featured 17 games in total, featuring cats, turtles, ducks and embroidery. While many were left disappointed by the continued non-apperance of Hollow Knight: Silksong, the latest Nintendo Indie World presentation still featured some welcome announcements. The closing highlight was SteamWorld Heist 2, a sequel to the turn-based side-scrolling shooter which served as a spin-off to SteamWorld Dig.
Europa is out on Switch and Steam later this year, with a demo available now. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate Another day, another roguelike. Only this one isn’t exactly new as it came out on iOS last year. In Splintered Fate, TMNT takes the genre plunge with online multiplayer co-op. It looks like it’s sticking pretty close to the Hades formula, with permanent upgrades you can unlock back at your home base.
