The change, agreed by Boris Johnson's government last month, will apply to all public officers, hospitals, schools and entertainment venues.
The plans are aimed at ‘reining in’ the forced sharing of gender neutral facilities and are being spearheaded by the equalities minister Kemi Badenoch, the Telegraph reported.A review found women had concerns over reduced privacy and longer queues caused by neutral facilities. “These changes will stop the march of ‘universal’ and forced sharing of spaces - with a focus on guaranteeing privacy for all. This is a common sense approach that is inclusive for all.”Drone captures aftermath of Bedford explosion which saw people 'jumping from windows'
"These changes will ensure that separate toilets for men and women are preserved at the same time as providing universal toilets for those that want them."
Hope not. It would be a disastrous
Headline makes out like this is something new? Nothings changed…right?🤷♂️
As long as theres glory holes, yeah come on this should of happened years ago
Why?
Good
Which buildings don't already have this, just spent 4 days in London and every single building had them
Good as it should be. Should never have come into question
Another waste of time which seems to be the case these days 🤷♂️
Don’t see an issue with it as long as there’s no gaps in the cubical doors. It’s fundamentally only a place to wash hands in that case.
Never thought I’d see the day where this was regarded as good news! How did we get to a place where males and females might have to share toilet areas.
Makes sense to me. Amazed some people don't like the idea!
Till Labour get in as they don't seem to know what a woman is
Hang on, I'll just check my flying fuckometer. Nope, nothing there
Good. The park near me has only inside gender neutral and is right next to a child’s play centre. Toddlers running in and out of toilets - men and women in there, away from public eye. It’s disgraceful how they’ve been allowed in a toddlers play area.
This will piss some people off 🤔😂😂😂
Absolutely should remain the same.
So exactly the same as it has been for the last century.
