To begin with, the X user highlighted Innocent's Inner Winner offering - which is marketed as a pink dragonfruit and lychee juice that also contains apple, baobab fruit and vitamins. Meanwhile, the drink only boasts five per cent guava puree, 0.8 per cent spirulina extract and 0.7 per cent lime. The shopper turned their attention to Innocent's Berry Set the Go - with the label stating it is a mixture of raspberry, cherry, apple, goji and guarana
Again, apple juice was the highest percentage of ingredients here - making up 50 per cent of the smoothie. In contrast, the drink contained 13 red grapes, half a banana and three crushed strawberries. Naked's Blue Machine Super Smoothie is also 71 per cent apple juice - even though the label only outlines how the drink contains blueberry, goji berry and blackcurrant.

Turning their attention to Naked's smoothie offerings, the shopper looked at the brand's Strawberry and Banana smoothie, which is 45 per cent concentrated apple juice, 15 per cent apple and strawberry puree and nine per cent banana puree along with additional extracts, flavourings and vitamins.
