Tinnitus is a condition which can cause sufferers to get ringing or buzzing in ears. People hear sounds similar to a dentist’s drill, fire alarm or jet engine in their ears. But 15 per cent of sufferers said their condition had led to thoughts of suicide.
I think I have it it sounds like a car sensor when reversing or after I get a nightmare I’ll get this sound in my ear in the rhythm of a heartbeat it’s hard to describe
I have this plus ottis media I have to go get surgery on the 6th to correct it also causes brain fog and high anxiety!!!
Had it for years now...the loud dentist drill one in both ears. The quieter your environment the more you notice it. I never feel suicidal thank God but I feel for those that do.
My ENT put me on a herbal remedy called Flavonoid. 3 pills a day ...improves inner ear blood flow. 60days in and my tinnitus has reduced by 80%.
Its horrible had it for years , it drives me nuts

i have it too, from call centre work, in my left ear (if it is the ear), so i went for a hearing test only to have two tests on my right ear, & now i have it in my right ear too, but a lower level (prior to the 2 tests, i didn't have it in my right ear!
Can’t stand it... stops me from doing lots, including reading 😫

But I just find it annoying. I think it’s from loud music in my youth. I am not listening to you Boris. I've suffered with tinnitus for nearly 15 years and only last year had a pair of digital hearing aids installed to help with the condition. Prior to that my ENT doctor handed me a leaflet titled 'How to live with tinnitus' which was very depressing. Now my lifestyle is improved.
