Sarah Jessica Parker Is Back On Set For ‘And Just Like That…’ With A Bejewelled Jackie Handbag In Tow

Carrie Bradshaw is back on the streets of Manhattan for season three of And Just Like That…, and she brought #NewGucci with her. If Sarah Jessica Parker spent much of her recent stint in London for The Savoy Theatre’s run of The Plaza Suite dressed like ’90s Miranda , back on set in Lincoln Center Plaza, she’s once again in pastels, a pussy-bow blouse and some whimsically coloured, winningly impractical footwear.

Along with elevating the classic Gucci loafer in the most literal sense , De Sarno put his stamp on the Italian house’s signature handbag, which debuted in 1961 and takes its name from Mrs Kennedy, who kept it on heavy rotation in her White House wardrobe. While Alessandro Michele’s successor reimagined the silhouette with a clip closure, it’s his crystal-studded iterations that felt most emblematic of the newcomer’s vision for Gucci.
