'I don't want to lose my energy, my time in my budget to fight with my colleagues, that is not my approach at all.”

Fred Vasseur has picked up the baton at Ferrari and ran with it since taking the reins at the Scuderia.

While every manager has their own style and way of working, Vasseur explained that he does not want to “fight with my colleagues” as a way of trying to operate a team. “We have to improve, we have to recruit, we have to develop the car – we have a huge amount of work on the table, and I don’t want to lose my energy, my time in my budget to fight with my colleagues, that is not my approach at all.”
