Sainsbury's customers are up in arms as online deliveries go missing due to a technical glitch, leaving many without their weekly shop. This marks the second time in recent weeks that the supermarket giant has left shoppers in the lurch with internet orders unfulfilled.

Jo expressed her annoyance saying: "I've called about 8 times to locate my missing delivery, every time I get to where you say 'your call is important to us' you cut me off! Not so important then? No options to get assistance other than to come here and publicly complain. Rubbish customer service."
