Rob Burrow was also known for his incredible charity work Rugby league icon Rob Burrow has passed away at the age of 41, Leeds Rhinos have announced. Burrow won eight Super League titles during his time with Leeds and was diagnosed with motor neurone disease two years after his retirement in 2019. He was also known for his incredible charity work with the former scrum-half and hooker handed an MBE in 2021, which was upgraded to a CBE earlier this year.
