Rishi Sunak faces threat of Cabinet revolt over record public sector pay rises

The Prime Minister will hold talks with Jeremy Hunt from Thursday on whether or not accept the recommendation of the independent pay review bodies on the appropriate salary levels for teachers, prison officers, police and other staff.
