Rangers to hold Oscar Cortes transfer talks

Rangers are likely to hold talks with Oscar Cortes about turning his loan deal from Lens into a permanent transfer,, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed Rangers are considering signing Cortes despite him not making as much of an impact as the likes of fellow Ibrox loanee Abdallah Sima.

The winger is under contract with Lens until 2028 after signing a five-year deal with the French club when making his £4million move from Colombian side Millonarios last year.It hasn’t been the most convincing loan spell for Cortes at Rangers, having scored just one goal and laying on two assists in his seven appearances.
