Ye Olde Bridge Inn in Oxton is helping customers keep warm this winter. The restaurant offers three full-heated domes where customers can dine

A Nottinghamshire pub has taken an unusual approach to keeping customers warm this winter by launching a unique dining experience. Ye Olde Bridge Inn in Oxton has installed three see-through cosy domes in the outdoor area of the venue.

Owner Hannah Lloyd said: "Last year, we had a children's event where we bought a twenty square foot dome and it was such a hit. We never advertised it but people booked it to dine in but it wasn't to this level. With it being four-and-a-half metres high, it was hard to heat so this year, we decided to invest as it was halfway through the winter season and bring in these domes."She added: "The domes are staying with us until after the winter.

There are still plenty of classics on offer including stonebaked fresh pizzas, and burgers ranging from maple bacon to vegan served with salted fries. Not only that but there are a few sweet treats on the menu including a caramelised walnut and pistachio tart that sounds too good to be passed up.
