Try paying your contractors fair rates so we don't get shoddy houses that fall apart - and your contractors using apprentices and firing experienced workers, and skimping on materials so they use stuff they wouldn't build their own houses with. Building nice houses with no shortcuts and bad workmanship would be a good start.

Once builders leave, it is very difficult to get them back to fix problems. Important to note NHBC are hopeless and their Certificate is worthless. Run an article on the NHBC.
