A TOKYO 2020 worker has tested positive in the Olympic village just a week before the Games begin.There has been a positive coronavirus case inside the Tokyo 2020 Olympic villagechief Toshiro Muto confirmed the Covid-19 case had come from someone who had travelled to Japan from abroad.It takes the total number of cases connected to the Games to 45, according to CNN.
