The new kit will coincide with the 30th anniversary of Oasis' debut album Definitely Maybe

Noel Gallagher has confirmed that his beloved Manchester City will get their own Oasis inspired kit next season. The Oasis and High Flying Birds singer confirmed the news on the BBC's Friday Football Social podcast this week.

Speaking on the Friday Football Social podcast released on March 8, the Oasis songwriter was asked about rumours of an "Oasis themed Man City kit" for next season. Initially sounding taken aback, Noel responded saying, "Yes, where have you heard that?"He followed up, saying: "I can't say too much but it's a Definitely Maybe inspired third kit," adding: "It's far out man.
