A heartbroken mum has told of her relief after her son's killer confessed to brutally stabbing him to death. Julie Weatherson had been dreading the details of how her beloved son, Bradley Tams, passed away.
Julie who was in the public gallery at Newcastle Crown Court to see Train admit he had killed her 23-year-old son has today told Chronicle Live of the rollercoaster of shock, relief and anger she experienced. Popular Bradley, who was the oldest of seven siblings, was born in Scotswood and grew up in Blakelaw. At the age of just 17 he became a dad when his twin boys were born.

Train confronted Bradley about a previous dispute before a physical and verbal altercation broke out. Bradley fled the scene into a neighbouring block of flats after suffering a single wound to his side, but he died a short time later.
