She said: "I thought my request had been perfectly reasonable, but in response, the woman turned to me and her face twisted into a scowl, 'Who the f*** do you think you are?'" "As she savagely beat me black and blue, she continued to chant: 'You should have kept your f***ing mouth shut,' as if she were possessed."
The mum was rushed to hospital - told by doctors she was luckily to be alive after suffering a severe concussion, two shattered eye sockets and a broken nose.
