Freezing Atlantic blast brings SNOW and icy rain as Storm Barbara ravages UK

BRITS COMMUTE TO WORK AS STORM BARBARA BATTERS THE UKAS COLD winds come in from Canada, Britain is set to see a plunge in temperatures by the end of the month.Parts of the northern areas could also experience snowfall.

Gusts of up to 45 to 55mph inland and 65mph near the coast should be expected as Storm Barbara batters the UK.IT'S a wet and windy start to the day for large parts of England on Wednesday.The rain will be accompanied by gales, with strong winds most likely across the Kent and Sussex coasts.YELLOW weather warnings for rain and wind are in place for parts of southern England today.And flooding of homes and businesses is possible.
