Under normal circumstances you can require third party childcare to be in place as a condition of a homeworking facility. And to require your equipment to be in a room to which the child does not have access. That may return. I don't see that anybody can be going their job as well from home if they haven't got childcare. Employees may be happy, not sure employers are.
