A 9/11 monument that had just been constructed last week was vandalized on the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. Upstate Granite Solutions, the company responsible for the memorial, says the word 'Taliban' was spray-painted on the monument in two places.
Should have 'FRAUD' spray painted over it.
