Emergency services called to Mangotsfield in Bristol after man struck and killed by 'heavy object'. Neighbours said it was a hot tub which was being lowered into a garden during renovation work. A lady said: 'I heard a load of shouting and screaming, I don't know whether the man lives there'.
Who was in charge off the lift? Why wasn't the lift area cleared? Was it certified lifting equipment? WTF!!!
