Mary Berry is often described as the queen of baking, but she also creates plenty of tasty dinner ideas.

One food he star cook particularly shines in is fish and her salmon traybake recipe proves it. A dish with an Asian twist, she incorporates coconut milk and curry paste, making for a tasty yet light meal. First shared in Mary's BBC TV series Simple Comforts, she recommends serving this dish with some steamed or boiled rice to make it a more balanced meal.

The recipe has been shared by The Happy Foodie blog, which shares the following from Mary Berry. "Packed with Thai flavours and healthy too, this dish has become a firm favourite of mine," she said. "And it’s so easy to make, as the salmon, sauce and vegetables are all cooked together in one roasting tin in the oven.
