Man feels 'like an outcast' but needs to 'protect' himself

A reality star feels “excluded” from his community because of a personal choice he made but wouldn't change it.

“It can cause dating anxiety and it does lead to me putting off dates or avoiding going out altogether. I always stress about my appearance and how I look out in public, I always feel there's a set of eyes on me. The added pressure can build up from time to time and I have to bring myself back down to earth and remember if it's not for them, it's also not for me and that's ok, it's life.

George said: “I can sometimes feel excluded and somewhat judged by others for not fitting in and being able to talk about experiences I've had or can relate to. It can be difficult at times and can make me feel like an outcast but it also reminds me that I don't need to fit in with others or have any specific experiences to be worthy for someone else.
