Andrew Ma, 39, has been charged with open and gross lewdness, indecent assault and battery and assault and battery.
Warrants were issued for Ma after a Cambridge resident attempted to fix her bicycle on Cambridge Street and was approached by Ma. Ma asked if she needed any assistance and the victim stated that she didn't and walked away. Ma came back and asked her if she had change for a $20. He reportedly grabbed the victim by her wrist, touched her indecently and asked her for a sexual favor.
Ma allegedly then pulled down his shorts while in a black SUV, exposed himself and then began to perform a sexual act on himself.
