Leeds is set for heavy rain and wind on Wednesday as Storm Ciarán brings warnings to the region for the next day or so.

It comes shortly after the deadly Storm Babet which saw several deaths, Storm Ciarán is expected to arrive on Wednesday night and with it it will bring 90mph winds and floods. A number of flood warnings and alerts were in place on Tuesday, October 31, as the wind and rain are expected to cause more chaos.Storm Ciarán is expected to bring very strong winds and heavy rains to some parts of England and also Wales.
