Pictures from a road in Carlton show the clear-up mission after a tree fell across the street. It is thought to have fallen earlier on Tuesday afternoon in Conway Road.
But officials have been working to remove the tree - and Conway Road reopened at around 4pm. The incident came on a day of heavy gusts of wind.According to the Met Office wind gusts across the county reached 25mph on Tuesday. A picture of the fallen tree had been shared on a local community Facebook post earlier in the day.
