'I was very thin. I'll put it in perspective for you guys. I'm 5'3'. I currently weigh 114lbs. Filming Very Cavallari, I got down to 102lbs and I was eating the same amount of food that I'm eating now,' she explained.'The difference was I was so unhappy and so stressed out,' she explained. In an interview with Us Weekly, the reality TV star provided an update on her approach to health and fitness.
'I didn't realize it at the time, how thin I was,' she admitted. 'So I'm happy that I've put on weight.' 'He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life,' she said.
