Is that on top of 8 cans and a Donna kebab?

Ever heard of the carnivore diet? As long as it’s not processed and it’s fresh butchers meat this heart disease is a myth. They just want you to get fat lazy and have low testosterone. That way we all turn into fairy’s.

A “study” whose findings nicely coincide with a recently published basket case climate target. Figures.

NHS pay: How much will staff be paid? The government has recommended a 1% pay increase, but unions say they want 12.5% How much will NHS workers end up getting? I appreciate that the NHS has been fantastic They employ 1.1 million FTE. In 16/17 NHS staff costs were £46.7 bn (assume higher now but). A 12.5% payrise would add over £5bn in staff costs annually. £200 extra tax/yr for each taxpayer - currently av. £4k/yr total for NHS. Everyone would not begrudge NHS works a good pay rise but over 12% the working people wouldn’t go for that because who’s paying So we'll reject the triple lock for pensioners but pay a nurse on possibly £75k a year nearly another £10k a year? I see.
