JERSEY Shore's The Situation has been released from prison today after serving eight months for tax evasion.
Speaking to E! News, he said: "We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time, it brought us so much peace and comfort. Speaking previously to PEOPLE about the plans to celebrate Mike's prison release, Pauly said: "I know he wants to eat. He wants to do a fast food tour. And I want to throw big party for him with everybody.”
Just months later, in October 2018, Mike was sentenced to eight months behind bars, two years of supervised release, as well as a $10,000 fine.
Don’t know anything about him or the show but I can confirm he is an absolute tosser.
