James Corden has opened up about his remarkable six stone weight loss journey, having once tipped the scales at over 20 stone.
According to the Mirror, James revealed that he starts most days with a boxing session and sometimes only eats an apple for breakfast. He also shared that he doesn't eat until noon each day, starting off with a 15 calorie, sugar-free vitamin drink. "It's like Dry January - it's brilliant if you give up booze for January but in the back of your mind you're like, 'Well, in February I'm going to have a drink'."
The comedian isn't just relying on diet and exercise to lose weight; he's also taken up a new practice. He divulged that he completed a four-day transcendental meditation course, which helps achieve "restful alertness".
