Goalkeeper Jack Butland has addressed a confrontation with Rangers fans that circulated on social media following the win over Kilmarnock.
Temperatures boiled over when England cap Butland was seen having an angry confrontation with a punter after fans gathered to catch a glimpse of their heroes with some asking for autographs. The 31-year-old can be seen exchanging words with fans with one punter stating 'I pay your wages' before he storms away from the heated clash.
"It is always a situation people are going to try and make something out of. Wherever you go you have tensions you have people who want and expect everything from people that don't know what is going on half the time, but to be honest that is just part of the parcel of football. That is not what this week is about and that is not what tomorrow is about. I think it has been put to bed many days ago so it is no concern to me now.
