Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic junior doctors Ibreez Ajaz and Mohammad Ivan have been working in the intensive care unit, doing gruelling 13-hour shifts from 8am to 9pm. At the end of each day they struggled to even find the time to buy groceries.

There should never have been need for a U turn. We should be on bended knee in gratitude for those who have come to the UK to do the jobs that Brits can't / won't do.
Course they do. More free money and services for them. I suspect most people would be happy. But they should pay for healthcare, and for schooling for their kids. And they should be eased out of the NHS and the country.
Bad decision makes government look weak.
