Would love that. Would also love if the tradition of you work in my industry ✔️ You’ve done the exact job before ✔️ I don’t need to train you in any way ✔️ Was also not part of the process

Yeah right. Positions where I work are based solely on interview skills, not merit, not actual work skills or knowledge or qualifications or ability, just the skill of how well you can come across in interview and say the right words to get ticks in boxes.

I was once asked what honours degree I should have worked for rather than the IT one I have. I was interviewing for an IT job. I said maybe as a rat wrangler.... Needless to say I didn't get the job.

Just wondering how she can get away with a company called Mrs Bucket isn’t it a bit sexist

The old adage is true = you can't get the staff.

The traditional interview died when HR speak took over with 'person specs' etc. My own line was, as long as qualified for the job, could I get on with the applicant, would they fit in with my team. I did not need to tick 100 boxes on a form. I was nearly always right.

‘Experience, competence and qualifications, are secondary to the diversity that you can offer us’. Let’s tick that box!

“If you’re male, white, heterosexual, fully-abled, middle-aged and middle/class, don’t even bother.”

It all depends, would I do a 'traditional' job interview for a manger to manager a section of a large construction firm, obviously. Would I do one for a position at mcdonolds or uber driver, obviously not.
