Hythe Tory councillor suspended over far-right links

Hope not Hate says this picture shows Andy Weatherhead while a member of the NBU

Kent County Council and Folkestone and Hythe Conservatives said he had been suspended pending an investigation.His suspension came after Hope not Hate published pictures of Mr Weatherhead appearing to attend a far-right rally and wearing clothes containing a symbol associated with fascism. But he said "with regard to the report suggested that I used antisemitic language in blogs and alike, this I completely refute".

He said his links with the NBU "were made in the spirit of education and curiosity" and "at the time it was not a registered political party".

A Tory, far right you say? Jeez what a surprise... When will people wake up to the fact that the current Tory party are not the Tories we're familiar with? The party has shifted so far to the right we essentially have a fascist government right now in the UK.
