Andy Dick has been ordered to spend three months in jail after being convicted of a sex offence.driver in 2018.
On Monday, it was revealed the Less Than Perfect star had been sentenced to 90 days in LA County Jail and will begin serving time on November 17. It’s also claimed that Dick will have to register as a sex offender, attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions and 12 mental health counselling sessions..
Dick is accused of reaching round to the front of the Uber from the backseat and grabbing the driver’s crotch.The driver reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department before charges were brought.The actor was reportedly charged with first-degree residential burglary after an incident in Santa Barbara.Dick was taken into custody after police responded to an alert that there was a burglary in progress at a home in the area on October 13.
It’s said the homeowner confirmed that they did not personally know Dick, and that he had no permission to be in the house.
