Harry Dunn's parents to meet Anne Sacoolas as immunity row continues

Anne Sacoolas, the wife of a US intelligence official who was involved in the road collision that killed 19-year-old Harry Dunn, has agreed to meet with his grieving parents and cooperate with a British police inquiry.

The idea that CIA agents can operate in the UK while protected by diplomatic immunity is outrageous from a UK security perspective, but the suggestion that then extends to their family members is absurd.

Hopefully 🇬🇧 gives the parents diplomatic status before the left England. That way they can drive over her and straight back to the airport and leave ✌🏿

She had NO diplomatic immunity and she shouldn’t be allowed to claim it. She’s killed someone, lied to the police and then fled the country! She is a murderer, period.

it must be the tourist industry that pushes the UK govt to allow foreigners to drive w/o a UK issued license. I lived in the UK ~7 yrs & never considered driving. It's a totally different ballgame driving there (so much easier driving in the US).

She should respect she carried out killing and ran to america to immunity from crime she committed killing someone child.

I never agreed w/ diplomatic immunity. No one is above the law is what the constitution was founded on. This clearly gives them immunity from the law. AS is only apologizing b/c she is backed into a corner. She clearly hit the wrong kid b/c these parents have connections.
