Harry Dunn: Mum tells US diplomat's wife Anne Sacoolas 'sorry doesn't cut it'

The mother of Harry Dunn has told Sky News"sorry just doesn't cut it" ahead of a potential meeting with the woman involved in the crash that killed him.Anne SacoolasMrs Sacoolas has said she wants to meet to"express her deepest sympathies and apologies" after the fatal accident outside an RAF base in Northamptonshire in August, but Ms Charles said"that's not really quite enough".

"That's not really quite enough. But I'm still really open to meeting her, as are the rest of us. I can't promise what I would or wouldn't say, but I certainly wouldn't be aggressive." Mr Dunn added:"So after thinking about the letter, obviously we were right from the start. So here we are, about to get on the plane at Heathrow to go to America."Hopefully we'll get the answers we are seeking."

No surprise! What would any of us do on either side of this situation? Are both sides acting rationally according thier interests? Guilty of something until proven innocent?

Everytime I hear 'Harry Dunn'

She should at least contribute a sizeable sum to a Foundation in his name that will fund just causes of the family’s choice in his memory . RIP Harry .

It absolutely does NOT cut it! she RUN away from justice and the scene under the guise of “diplomatic immunity” she never had the intention to apologise, she hoped she could slip out of the UK to USA and quietly act like nothing happened! She’s remorseful coz media is on to her

If you can't be held responsible, then you shouldn't be allowed to drive, have a gun ...etc... Diplomatic immunity was not meant to be used like this. But that's the US for you, they don't believe in justice, they never did.

From a Mum to a Mum, I hope I never have to go through your lost and my Prayers and thoughts are with you, however, the person who killed your Son, should stand up and face what she has done. For her to hide behind her husband's job, is totally unacceptable.

Very tragic accident, and a brutal event for the family to cope with. But what is being accomplished by all this talk? What do they want?
