Maison by Glaschu is set to open later this month in Princes Square on Buchanan Street and is the sister venue to renowned restaurant Glaschu located in the city’s Royal Exchange Square.
Some standout dishes set to feature include fresh Scottish lobster, French onion soup, beef bourguignon and confit duck leg lasagne. “The food has a classic French brasserie feel to it, while taking inspiration from our sister restaurant Glaschu, and really utilising the outstanding Scottish produce we have available on our doorstep.Open from 10am daily, Maison will also offer freshly baked pastries and premium Italian coffee as well as serving up a Sunday lunch.
