GARY LINEKER - host of Match of the Day - has urged men to regularly get checked for prostate cancer after having a recent scare himself.

Former footballer Gary Lineker, 59, said men not getting regularly checked by their doctor is a “dangerous game” as he discussed having a prostate cancer scare. The father-of-four said getting tested is “vital” as finding the disease late could make things worse.“I have a full body check every couple of years and I did have one prostate scare,” he explained.
