Had a tree that had a preservation order on it due to bats that nested & fed around it .. council still came around & cut it down ... This can be easily appealed. An absolute abuse by Poole Council using POCA. POCA should only be used for significant criminal cases where it's in the public interest to set the offender back to square 1. This man is obviously not a criminal in the usual sense...
