Lewis is not wrong to request action but he is preaching to a bunch of overpaid overrated spoilt athletes. How many apprenticeships, engineers, designers etc. are BAME. Formula 1 and the rest of the motorsports industry (40,000) have not employed BAME in enough numbers.

Kneeling is not a requirement and the driver is not obliged to do so.
