A family who spent lockdown building a plane in their back garden say their creation is finally ready to take off.
The entire project cost £155,000, which data analyst Abhilasha said could have been cheaper but the couple wanted to invest in the best paint and interior. Ashok used the instruction manual and YouTube videos for guidance on how to build the plane, dedicating a total of 1,500 hours to the project.
Others got skilled at binge watching, apparently!
